A 21-year-old defender who was signed by St Albans City manager Gary Roberts from Essex side East Thurrock United in March 2002. At that time, City were members of the Isthmian League Premier Division and the Rocks were in Division Two.

Scott made his debut on 16th March during a 5-0 rout of bottom side Croydon at Clarence Park, it was the Saints first league win since matching that scoreline away to Hampton & Richmond Borough on 15th 2001. Prior to joining St Albans, Scott had played half a dozen games for Witham Town and made one substitute appearance for Dagenham & Redbridge. He spent the 2000-01 campaign with Ford United (33 app, 1 gl) before joining East Thurrock United.

After leaving Clarence Park he played a couple of games for Boreham Wood before returning to East Thurrock United. Towards the end of his career he made a handful of appearances for fellow Isthmian League clubs Ilford, Harlow Town and Dartford.
