Began his career with AFC Bournemouth, making 52 appearances for The Cherries between 2007 and 2015.
Making the move to Eastleigh, the 33-year-old impressed in his his time at the club, earning a move to Bristol Rovers for an undisclosed fee before going on to make 53 appearances for The Pirates.
Returning to Eastleigh after two seasons, the defender has since had spells at Bromley, Aldershot Town and most recently Farnborough.
