Dean Austin made his first team debut on 15th October 1988. Defender who played 75 games for the Saints scoring nine goals before moving to Southend United for £14,000.
Moved to Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the 1991/92 season for £350,000.
Made over 100 appearances for Spurs before joining Crystal Palace at the end of the 1997/98 season. Played over 170 times for the Eagles before moving to Woking in 2002.

Returned to Clarence Park as coach of the Academy set up in 2020.
