Thirty-year-old midfielder, born in Aylesbury, who signed for St Albans City in the summer of 2026 after leaving neighbours Hemel Hempstead Town, spent one season at Vauxhall Road. under Lee Allinson. Prior to then had five years in National League South under Alan Devonshire at Hampton & Richmond Borough. Began his career in the Youth team at Wycombe Wanderers before joining the Youth setup at Crystal Palace.
Made a couple of appearances in the League Cup for the Eagles but his debut in the Football League came whilst on loan to Cheltenham Town in 2015.
Played a further 56 games in League Two with Hartlepool United before having a season with Luton Town , two with Yeovil Town (both clubs Football League Division Two) and one with Woking.
